- Do I need an account to book a massage?
Yes, an account ensures you can manage bookings, receive notifications, and securely track your appointments.
- How do I choose the right masseuse?
Each masseuse has a profile showing their skills, reviews, and whether they bring a massage table.

- How much does a massage cost on Instant Masseuse?
The standard rate is $65 for a 30-minute massage.
- What is a massage code and how does it work?
A massage code is your digital proof of purchase. You buy one before booking and give it to your masseuse at the appointment.
- Can I refund a massage code?
Yes, massage codes are refundable if not used or assigned to a scheduled appointment.
- When am I charged for a massage?
You’re charged when you buy the massage code, not at the time of service.
- What payment methods are accepted?
Instant Masseuse uses PayPal for secure online checkout. Customers can pay with PayPal or with a major credit card through PayPal’s checkout.
Appointments & Scheduling
- How do I reschedule or cancel a massage appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel directly from your account dashboard before the appointment start time.
- What happens if the masseuse is late?
You’ll receive updates by text and email. If the masseuse doesn’t arrive, you’ll be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- Do I need to provide any equipment?
Usually no. You can filter for masseuses who bring a massage table. If a table is not used, the massage can be provided on a couch or other suitable surface.
- What if my masseuse does not show up?
You can message your masseuse from your dashboard. If they still haven’t arrived, you can report them as a no-show 15 minutes after the appointment time. You can then reschedule with another masseuse, and you will not be charged again.
- Will my masseuse see my phone number if I message them?
No. Messages go through an Instant Masseuse number, so your personal phone number is not shared. To respond to a masseuse’s message, log in and use Send Text on your dashboard. You can view sent messages in your History – Messages section.

- Are all masseuses verified?
Every masseuse account is reviewed before they can accept bookings on Instant Masseuse. This helps us confirm basic account details and keep the platform reliable.
- Can I book a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)?
Instant Masseuse is for relaxation and wellness massage, not medical treatment. Some masseuses may list RMT or other credentials on their profile, but these credentials are self-reported and are not independently verified by Instant Masseuse.
- Is the massage provided by male or female masseuses?
You can choose your preference during booking.
- Is tipping included in the price?
Tips are not included but are appreciated. You may offer one directly to the masseuse.
- Can I book a massage for someone else?
Yes. You can book a massage for someone else. Please make sure the address, appointment time, and contact details are correct before confirming the booking.

- What if I’m unhappy with the service?
Contact us within 24 hours and our support team will investigate and offer a refund or credit if appropriate.
- Do I have to tip in cash?
No. Tipping is optional. Instant Masseuse does not currently offer tipping through the website. If you choose to tip, you can do so in cash, and the full tip goes directly to the masseuse.
- Are there age restrictions?
Yes. Clients must be 18 years or older to book a massage.
- Can I request the same masseuse again?
Yes! You can mark them as a “favorite” and rebook easily through your dashboard.

- How do I sign up as a masseuse on Instant Masseuse?
Create a free provider account, set your address, travel radius, and availability, then complete the verification steps.
- Do I need to be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)?
No. Instant Masseuse is for relaxation and wellness massage services, not medical or therapeutic treatment. You do not need to be an RMT to apply, but you should only list credentials you actually have.
- Is there a fee to join Instant Masseuse?
No, sign-up is completely free.
- Can students or part-time workers join?
Yes, Instant Masseuse is flexible and ideal for those balancing school or another job.
- How is my profile approved?
Our team reviews your profile details and account information before you can appear in customer search results. This helps us keep profiles accurate and maintain a reliable platform.
Earnings & Payments
- How much do masseuses earn per massage?
Masseuses earn $55 per 30-minute session (with payouts every Friday).
- How are payments sent to masseuses?
Payments are sent weekly via PayPal to the email linked to your account.
- Are there any service fees or deductions?
No. Instant Masseuse does not currently charge masseuses any service fees or deductions. The amount shown for each completed booking is the amount you receive.
- Can I view my earnings history?
Yes, all completed massages and payouts appear in your dashboard’s “PAY” section.
- When are payouts processed?
Payouts are processed every Friday for completed sessions from Friday to Thursday of that payout week.
Scheduling & Travel
- How do I set my working hours?
You can edit your availability anytime in your account settings.
- Can I limit how far I travel?
Yes, set your maximum travel radius (in km) to control how far you’re willing to go.
- What if a customer cancels last-minute?
If a customer cancels, you’ll be notified by email or text.
- How do I confirm an appointment?
You don’t need to manually confirm. Once a customer books you, the appointment is automatically confirmed and you’ll receive the booking details by email and text.
- Do I need to bring a massage table?
Not always — you can indicate in your profile whether you bring one, which customers can filter for.
Safety & Professionalism
- How does Instant Masseuse verify customers?
Before booking, customers must verify their email address and phone number. Instant Masseuse may also review customer account information to help keep bookings reliable and protect the platform.
- What if I feel unsafe during a session?
End the session immediately and report the issue to support for review and protection under our safety policy.
- Are masseuses insured?
Instant Masseuse does not provide or verify insurance coverage for masseuses. Masseuses are responsible for maintaining any insurance or coverage required for the services they provide.
- Can I reject certain bookings?
Yes. Appointments are automatically confirmed when a customer books you, but you can cancel if needed. Repeated cancellations may lead to account review or suspension.
- How can I improve my ranking or visibility?
Keep your profile updated, maintain good reviews, and respond promptly to new bookings.
Support & Policies
- What if my PayPal email changes?
Update your email in your account before the next payout date. Your current account email is used as your PayPal payout email.
- Can I work in multiple cities?
Yes, as long as your travel radius covers them — or you can update your address anytime.
- What if a customer doesn’t give me their massage code?
Do not begin the massage unless the customer provides a valid massage code. If they cannot provide it, message support before starting the session.

- How do I leave Instant Masseuse or pause my account?
You can delete your account at the bottom of the Settings page. To pause temporarily, hide your account in Settings. This removes you from search results and stops new appointments from being booked.
